These terms cover the website, not your service
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Nothing here forms a contract for carriage services. The supply of 1300 and 1800 numbers, outbound services, PortaOne products, monitoring or any custom build is governed by the separate agreement signed between you and CloudTel Pty Ltd. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.
The information here is general
The descriptions on this site are a summary. They are not an offer, a quote or advice about what your business should do. Availability, capability, lead times and price depend on the service, on the numbers involved and on our suppliers, and are confirmed in writing when you engage us. We make no promise that the site is complete or current at any given moment.
Enquiries you send us
Sending an enquiry does not create an account, reserve a number or commit either of us to anything. Do not send confidential material through the enquiry form. We handle what you do send in line with our Privacy Policy.

PortaOne, Zenoss and the names of the carriers mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and appear here to describe what we work with.
